IO Donna : The Italian Job
The goal was to talk about Made in Italy scratching the surface of the collective imagination to find accurate and precise representations capable of invoking this story of excellence. As provocative figure in terms of his ability to be an artist, designer and craftsman, for us Fornasetti embodies the idea of a typically Italian creativity that is able to subvert the rules. We matched this idea with the colours of the flag, enriched by gold in the form of upholstery fabric that covers volumes with classic shapes, which immediately refer to the history of fashion, and the know-how typical of Italian culture. We tried to offer a layering of meanings while maintaining visual harmony.
